Seethe

A John Lewis Partnership Innovation Team project
Seethe helps food go further, aiming to reduce the amount of food waste in the average household. It transforms fruit and veg offcuts into a healthy beverage, using a simple brewing method purely with the addition of water. It has environmental, economical and moral benefits whilst fitting into a circular food system. I want users to get creative with the combinations of fruit and veg leftovers they brew, opening their eyes to how far food can go, making them think twice before turning to waste.
