Equus Calm works as a remote horse care assistant. Horse anxiety is an immensely serious and common problem nowadays of which many owners are not even aware. It starts with unusual behaviour and can possibly finish with serious injuries of the horse and others around him.
Equus Calm combines an essential set of horse's health monitoring and calming products, including a calming horse rug that works as an anxiety relief in stressful environments. It is made of intelligent phase change material originally developed for NASA to protect astronauts from temperature fluctuations in space. It modulates body temperature in two ways, adapts to body temperature, and recognises the way body changes heat in different environments. This product was added due to research that horses can feel temperature changes even if it’s only one degree, which can make them stressed. In addition, the product set includes a monitoring device with Bluetooth and a head mask to which it is safely attached, and a monitoring service via the app. This set of products was specifically created and combined to detect, prevent, and overcome horse anxiety, raise awareness about it, and create an even stronger bond between the owner and the horse.
