CRESCENDO CONNECT // A service aimed at newly diagnosed Parkinson’s patients and carers. Lifting up, connecting and empowering people through the use of music and games.
Elements include singing games which help exercise facial muscles and improves facial expressiveness and voice projection. The dexterity game, which uses music and touch to help improve dexterity and cognition. Other features include uplifting information about how to help your symptoms, a weekly check-in on how you’re feeling and the ability to connect to online and in-person singing classes. Users have the ability to play the games through their phone or tablet or cast to a tv. The App is also voice activated, saving people from having to press anything when selecting.
