Your mental health first aid kit.
Wherever you go there’s always a first aid kit within reach to look after our physical health. However, in this modern age we are finally beginning to recognise the importance of our mental health. Present aims to help you change your relationship with anxiety through breathwork, aided by a kinetic metronome and knowledge that you can use and pass on to others.

The advice offered on the booklet and website has been curated through interviews with therapists and I worked with Re-Co-Co a mental health charity in Newcastle. Anxiety can creep into daily life and exaggerate smaller problems. Practising with Present as part of your daily routine can help you deal with the issue’s life throws at you.
