SELF // A six figure set, that helps psychotherapists explain theory to clients, turning abstract diagrams into tangible objects
The figures were derived from the commonly used PAC theory which posits we each have an internal Parent, Adult and Child.
SELF can be used in a variety of ways, the first being to introduce the PAC psychotherapy model to new clients, the second for clients to visually recognise where they are speaking from and lastly to enable clients to represent complex feelings they cannot yet put into words.
