A bedtime ritual for a full, undisturbed nights sleep.
Tinnitus is the constant ringing in the ear, people with tinnitus typically struggle more in the evenings when their is little to no noise. With little range on the market for products such as white noise machines, there are no products that directly focus on helping people properly wind down. To help people with tinnitus to wind down, I have created a product that allows users to engage in a bedtime routine to ensure they have a full, undisturbed nights sleep leading to a more positive and enjoyable evening structure.
shaya is an interactive based bedtime ritual that calms the user down through meditative light exercises and pink noise. There is evidence that pink noise can reduce brain waves and promote sleep. Meditative exercises involve light intensity changing in a breathing motion to help reduce anxiety surrounding bedtime.
