Fish Food



90% of our daily water use is hidden in such things as the production of the food we eat. Fish Food is a flagship aquaponics restaurant to highlight our virtual water usage by showcasing a sustainable alternative to traditional farming methods. Herbs are grown on each table to allow customers to garnish their dishes. All the food served in the restaurant is produced onsite using aquaponics, which drastically reduces water usage and food miles.
