Orlo: a modern heirloom traditionally inspired by kitchen timers with a contemporary twist. Orlo is designed to last a lifetime and be cherished just as long. It allows the user to time in four different increments; seconds, minutes, hours and days. It provides the functionality of a phone timer whilst maintaining the tangible nature of a traditional kitchen timer.

Orlo’s brass bezel and aluminium body give the timer it’s heirloom quality, whilst its durable corian face allows LEDs to shine through and display the time set. It celebrates analog interactions, yet retains modern relevance through digital technology. The companion app links to the timer providing a simple depiction that reflects the current state of the LEDs on the face.
